Facility Manager - 6 month contract

Located along the ocean road outside Geelong, we are looking for a great Facility Manager to look after this beautiful facility while the manager is on maternity leave. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to the residents. With a supportive senior management team behind you and quality organisational principles to work with, this is an excellent opportunity to hone your management skills in a fun and supportive environment.

You will have:-

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• A passion for aged care management
• Demonstrated skills in management and leadership
• Post graduate experience in health and aged care (preferred)
• Current Victorian Division 1 Nursing registration
• Quality interpersonal and communication skills
