Our Contracts and Capital Works Department is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced person to deliver capital works projects.
Your role will include developing clear and concise specifications and contract documents, and administering capital works projects to ensure conformance with specifications and performance against contractual requirements.
You will have:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or Certificate IV qualification together with demonstrated relevant proven work skills, or relevant trade qualification and/or substantial experience (greater than three years) in delivering civil and/or building construction projects in Local Government or similar environment.
- Proven experience in project management and contract administration.
- Current relevant driver’s licence.
