    The roles: 
    These roles are desk based with client contact via telephone and written correspondence. There is strong emphasis on early expectation setting with clients, medical treaters and providers.  Both challenging and rewarding, these roles will see you a part of our supportive team and lively TAC culture.     About the Rehabilitation Coordinator role:

    The Rehabilitation Coordinator proactively manages a portfolio of claims or specific claims identified for review to achieve optimal client outcomes through expectation setting, effective communication with stakeholders, making sound claim liability decisions and developing holistic claims management strategies.

    Early Support teams have a focus on early intervention and the effective allocation of claims according to complexity assessments.

    Targeted Review teams have a focus on targeted claims interventions and re-setting expectations with stakeholders.

    About the Support Coordinator role:

    The active Support Coordinator will proactively manage a portfolio of severely injured clients within a specialist team to achieve optimal client outcomes and client experience in line with social inclusion philosophy, disability principles and practices and TAC objectives.  This will be achieved through the development of holistic individualised plans, expectation setting, and effective communication with stakeholders, sound claims liability management and strong time management skills.

    The active Support Coordinator will manage clients at varying stages of their rehabilitation in the community setting, aligning the provision of medical, rehabilitation and disability services with the client's individualised plan to achieve maximal independence and participation in all life areas.

    Adhoc client visits, meeting with clients, their families and treating team will be required to ensure the holistic coordination of clients Independence plans.
