Community Based Youth Justice Case Manager

2 Position available - 1 ongoing and 1 fixed term to 30 June 2014

Youth Justice provides case management and supervision to young people subject to Children’s Court statutory orders. You will assist young people to address issues and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes to manage their lives effectively without further offending. Are you:

• Able to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary professionals to provide young people with the optimum capacity for change?

• Continually improving your skills and knowledge to further develop your professional practice?
