We are looking for a quality Division 1 Nurse to take a leading role, managing the Critical Care / Medical unit. You will be responsible for the day to day clinical and staffing management of the unit, with the strategic focus. You will have the opportunity to provide a strategic focus for your team as well as playing an integral part supporting and acting in senior roles.

You will:

• Have current Victorian Division 1 Nurse registration
• Have excellent clinical skills from an acute medical environment
• Be focused on the provision of quality healthcare services
• Possess staff management and team building skills
• Possess quality interpersonal, liaison and communication skills
• Be a leader and mentor to your staff
