Located around 3 1/2 hours west of Melbourne, this quality healthcare group provides excellent aged care and acute services to the broader community in the area. We are looking for a quality Division 1 Nurse to take on this fantastic role as the Unit Manager, in their high care, dementia specific facility. With great support from an already existing, supportive healthcare team, you will be responsible for the day to day clinical and staffing management of the unit. You will also play an integral part as the 2IC leading role as the second in charge to the DON.

You will:

• Possess quality interpersonal, liaison and communication skills
• Have a sound knowledge of Aged Care standards and practices
• Possess staff management and team building skills
• Be clinically sound and have a strategic focus to healthcare
• Have current Victorian Division 1 Nurse registration
• Be a leader and mentor to your staff
