Program Manager Disability Support and Partnerships

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) funds rehabilitation and support services for people injured in transport accidents. The organisation is internat ionally recognised for its road safety programs and public education campaigns. The TAC seeks to reduce the impact of road trauma on the Victorian community by delivering benefits in a caring, efficient and financially responsible manner.
The TAC is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Program Manager in a key leadership role in disability support services and partnerships. You will be responsible for attendant care, home services, residential services and community group programs. With a focus on client service delivery and improving client outcomes, you must also ensure long-term cost effectiveness of these programs.
Your team will be responsible for managing the relationships and arrangements with providers of attendant care, home services, residential services and community group programs.
The successful candidate will be required to lead a team that will deliver high quality support services and commercial arrangements that are of benefit to TAC clients. You will also be required to co-ordinate and evaluate funding programs.
High level negotiation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role. Previous experience in overseeing funding grants programs and community disability programs will be highly regarded.
