Drainage Engineer

A Local Government located in the western suburbs of Melbourne are actively recruiting for a Intermediate Drainage Engineering to join a small team currently working on a range of small to large scale complex projects.
Your key responsibilities will be responsible for drainage investigations and design developments as well as subdivision drainage approvals, WSUD, water use, conservation and reuse projects.
You will provide excellent service to all external and internal customers. Use design tools such as AutoCAD to assist in the preparation of plans and various other engineering tasks.
As a successful candidate you will be a qualified Civil Engineer with relevant experience in a similar Drainage role. Ideally you will have Local Government experience and be proficient in using AutoCAD and other design software such as MUSIC. You will have the confidence to undertake investigations and make logical recommendations in relation to drainage and stormwater issues.
